**EXPEDITED SCHOOL REVIEW** PM-Ron Hill** (CAPITAL HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM) (BLD20-01618 Early Start) Permit for a minor remodel to the existing High School auditorium and five 2nd floor classrooms. Work to include: remodeling existing restrooms, adding accessible single-user restroom, extending stage, new stairs and accessible ramp to the stage, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Special Inspections required per the attached Form 310. Deferred Submittal for Metal Stairs and Handrails and Cable Guardrail System. This is a scope of work permit with a certificate of completion to be issued upon approval and completion of the designated work. Risk Category III. This building is partially fire sprinklered for occupancy and area with a pending upgrade agreement. The upgrade agreement is attached in the documents. Fire sprinklers and alarms will be extended into the auditorium and classrooms in compliance with the upgrade agreement under BLD11-00450. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
