Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls removal of select exterior bearing wall for window openings at training room, removal of select door, removal of select interior rated wall for new rated window openings at gym, removal of select concrete floor, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal select of wall and floor finish, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, select new door/door frames, wall furring, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
