Furniture is placed as shown on city approved plans too get below square footage requirements for fire sprinklers as discussed with Joe Bruce, building is partially sprinklered. No fire sprinkler modifications, no fire alarms, system was installed when system size was not required to be monitored. Noted, any modifications too the fire sprinkler system will require fire sprinkler monitoring per IFC, fire extingiushers are placed with current inspection tags. Final life fire safety inspection is complete, signature provided on permit sign off card.

Per conversation with Romeo Gervais with Boise Fire, the permit will need to go back to review. The fire sprinkler system partially covers the building, currently it does not comply with NFPA13 as required by notes entered by Erika on 28JULY2020. The space also does not comply with the section 903.2.7 sub-section 4 of the 2015 IFC for Group M occupancy used for the display and sale of upholstered furniture. A seperate permit will be required for fire sprinkler and fire alarm modificaitons. No other items were inspected
