This building is fully fire sprinkled. To enlarge an existing tenant space and convert it from a retail store to a restaurant. When finished the floor area of this tenant will be 2,238 square feet. Selective demolition per submitted engineering is covered under this permit. Work is to include a kitchen, 1-hr fire-resistive shaft for a grease hood and duct, modification of existing roof and 2nd floor framing, interior walls, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan check notes on file. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. The maximum occupant load (104) shall be posted.
