This building is not fire sprinkled. To remodel portions of the 4th floor of an existing office building. Work is to include 2 new interior doors and approximately 64 lineal feet of interior noncombustible wall all per approved drawings and plancheck notes on file. Selective demolition of interior nonbearing walls is covered under this permit. A separate electrical permit is required. This permit is not to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the building.
