Description	HORIZON AIRLINES Fire sprinklers used for building area increase NOT to substitute for fire-resistive construction throughout. Fire sprinklers throughout shall be completed by the end of 1995. A permanent Certificate of Occupancy shall not be issued to Horizon Airlines until the fire sprinkler system throughout is complete.
