To remodel the interior (along with minor site work) of an existing 4,301 sq.ft. one story structure with 581 sq.ft. mezzanine to create a carpet sales and warehouse by building approximatly 46lf of new 1-hr rated wall assembly (floor to Roof deck) with a new 1-hr rated 4-0X6-8 door assembly in the rear section of the store, building a code complying stairway guardrail and handrail on existing stairs to mezzanine, enlarging restroom and remodeling to comply with ADA requirements, creating two showrooms, two offices, and one storage area (Mezzanine is "future office area" only) as per approved plans and attached requirement lists.
