The vanilla shell was issued under permit BLD1055175. Work is to include an exercise room, showers, vault operations area, East entry vestibule, suspended ceilings, and a 1-hr fire-resistive corridor all on the first floor. Suspended ceilings are to be provided on the 2nd and 3rd floors. An emergency generator is being installed in an existing generator room in the adjacent building. Mechanical and electrical systems are being extended and completed. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, applicable codes, and plan check notes on file. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. The fire sprinkler system shall comly with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-685-95 **CJW**
