Work includes 1-hr occupancy separations, restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, 1-hr tenant demising walls, and a new opening in the West masonry wall all per approved drawings and plan check notes on file. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. This permit does not allow occupancy of the East portion of the building. That tenant must get his own Cert. of Occupancy.
