**BOISE CITY CLERK'S ARCHIVE FACILITY** Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To create and remodel a 10,311 square foot two story tenant space (1,085 sq.ft. basement, 4,794 sq.ft. 1st floor, 4,432 sq.ft. 2nd floor) for use as a records retention facility. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistive tenant demising walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, 2 new stairways, new/modified footings, upgrades to floor systems, interior nonbearing walls, enlarged door openings in existing concrete walls, and a wall infill in the East wall all per approved drawings, engineering, and plancheck notes on file.
