To remodel an existing 3,062 sq.ft. building formerly used as a retail shoe store to create a restaurant per approved plans on file. Work to include remove sections of storefront glazing then install storefront type doors, remove approximatly 16lf of existing exterior wall and infill with new storefront glazing, removal of approximatly 60lf of interior partition wall, flooring, and some areas of interior gypsum wallboard for access to plumbing, then constructing approximatly 196 lf of interior partition wall, construct a raised platform approximatly 21 inches high, install a new premanufactured walk-in cooler and owner supplied equipment, new flooring, new wall finishes and suspended ceiling repair as needed to create a new restaurant with seating of 100 per attached plans.
