To remodel the East end of the terminal building (baggage claim area) to create a new East entry vestibule and a 2nd floor exit stairway. Work is to include automatic swinging exit doors, a new steel and concrete exterior exit stairway, interior nonbearing walls, and suspended ceiling system all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan check conditions on file.
