Construction of 1-hr rated enclosure with a 20 min rated door assembly in basement at bottom of existing stairs. Construction of accessible handicap ramp to south entrance. Upgrading exsiting restroom to be accessible. And miscelaneous remodeling to the interior of building. All work to be done per approved plans on file. This building originally was granted Planning Department approval under CU-5-82 and DR-14-82 but never completed the building conversion to receive a certificate of occupancy.
