Gave a temp Occupancy.The stairs do not yet have the rubber tread coverings,as all of the stairs have had to be redone,to meet code required rise and run. Main reason they have requested a temp is to avoid penalty fees.They are to get the finish materials for the stairs asap. Also note the stairs will be subject to a re-inspection. we have had them rework stairs due to previous inspection correction. Trying to work with them.
