To make modifications on the first floor of HP Building #6 per approved plans on file. Work to include construction of a portion of a two hour area separation wall, protection of openings, penetrations approval of an engineering judgement system by Hilti for opening protection at joist penetrations. Sprayed on fireproofing for bar joists and supporting elements, to construct a portion of a one hour corridor wall and perimeter walls for future breakroom. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Separate electrical & mechanical permits are required. ADDITIONAL PLANS AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION OF FIRE WALL SYSTEMS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE COMPLETED PROJECT FOR THE 1ST FLOOR & BASEMENT AS NOTED IN FILE. (P.C.#703-96/DRS)
