The East half of the tenant space has an occupant load of 29 and the West half has an occupant load of 28. Each half has two exits that will be maintained as exits. Construction to be metal studs with 5/8" type 'X' sheetrock as specified on the plans. Verify exit signs and illumination as existing per architect to clearly indicate exit path. Separate electrical permit is required. FIRE DEPARTMENT APPROVAL REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF PERMIT FINAL & OCCUPANCY. All per approved plans & attached notes. PC#773-97/drs
