To remodel a 7,552 sq.ft. space for new office/training tenant per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of approximatly 56lf of existing interior partition wall, 8 lf of existing one-hour corridor wall, approximatly 2lf of existing cabinets, 5 doors and a window platform then constructing approximatly 330lf of new one-hour corridor walls with rated ceiling, approximatly 285lf of new interior partition walls, install twenty new 20-min rated door assemblies, five 45min rated window assemblies, repair of suspended ceiling, installation of new smoke and fire dampers within the rated corridors, and misc finishing per approved plans.
