To construct a 3946 sq. ft. one story single family dwelling with a 2954 sq. ft. basement (634 sq. ft. finished) (2320 sq. ft. unfinished), a 1109 sq. ft. attached three car garage and 304 sq. ft. of redwood decks per approved plans, attached engineering and requirement lists. Note: Seperate permit will be required to complete unfinished portion of basement. Note: Due to the magnitude of the required inspections and extensive engineering, inspections will be performed and verified in writing by the engineer of record for all engineered systems and shall be provided to the field inspector. This in no means exempts the building department from the opportunity to do the same. The building inspector will be notified of all required inspections prior to any cover of framing or reinforcing. The cover of such will not be without consent of the assigned inspector of this project. All field inspections and evaluations shall be in accordance with the attached condition list.
