Description	(MUGS & MOVIES) Fire sprinklers are used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. To construct a tenant space to be used as a theater and a restaurant (6,995 square foot main level - 1,067 square foot mezzanine). Work is to include an interior mezzanine, raised floors, interior stairways, an interior wheelchair lift, and a kitchen all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The maximum allowable occupant load for the lobby (88) and for the theater (284) shall be posted on a sign near the main exits from these rooms. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-347-98 DRH-97-0161 CJW (12-18-98) IN ORDER TO REDUCE SEWER FEES, THE OWNER DELETED A NUMBER OF ITEMS FROM THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT PLAN. THERE WERE NO PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, OR MECHANICAL DRAWINGS.
