THIS IS A SHELL AND CORE PERMIT ONLY AND NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDING.
