Scope of work under this permit has been revised per plan resubmittal of 12/03/98, by architect, Steve Trout, for demolision of perimmeter framed soffit & suspended ceiling in existing Dining Areas, approximately 1,720 sq. ft., and installing a new suspended ceiling system in compliance with UBC Standard 25-2 for seismic and support requirements. Existing light & mechnaical fixture's will be suspended uot of the way while ceiling system alteration is completed then installed in new grid per code. To provide some new tables & chairs and perform recovering or replacing of fixed booth's but no relocation or increase in number of seats or occupant load from original plans on file. THERE IS NO WORK WITHIN THE KITCHEN AREA ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE PLANS, APPLICATION & PERMIT REQUIRED BEFORE ANY KITCHEN MODIFICATION. PC#98-793/drs
