All per approved plan. Construction type is V-1 hour per original plan review of March 1973 for the entire building. Tenant space to be accessible and new office's with an accessible pathway to the new office's. This permit is also for the purpose of determining requirements for issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the existing tenant by inspecting for imminent hazard relating to fire & life safety concerns.
