Description |
To remove all interior finishes to the existing tenant demising walls. To repair the 1-hour tenant demising walls and paint, lay new carpet. install ceiling grid withou ceiling tile but to include fixture's for lighting and HVAC diffucers. Provide seismic bracing or support each fixture directly from the structure above (not supported by grid - includes strip lights) & install display cases for tenant. Separate sign permit required before tenant sign is installed. DETAIL 4/A-1, TRANSFORMER DETAIL IS NOT APPROVED FOR THIS PROJECT WITHOUT ENGINEERING. IT HAS BEEN AGREED THAT THE TRANSFORMER WILL REMAIN ON THE FLOOR AS CURRENTLY LOCATED UNTIL ENGINEERING IS RECEIVED AND APPROVED. VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH LOU MENENDEZ, CONTRACTOR & ARCHITECT, DAN MULLIN (letter attached to plan). No modifications to existing storefront & rolling security grill. Separate field approval of sprinkler system, smoke detector location to bottom of deck pan and verification of smoke exhaust system for this space is required by Fire Department as condition of receiving a Certificate of Occupancy for Samuel's Jewelry to open for business.
