To remodel an existing office tenant by increasing and modifying the front entry area and selective interior spaces per approved plans on file. Existing area was 6,723 sq.ft. and after this remodel will be 6,905 sq.ft. Work to include new relocating and installing new front entry doors, new interior partitions for conference rooms, clerical areas and installation of miscellaneous interior doors and ceiling changes.
