To relocate existing lighting & mechanical fixtures within the existing suspended ceiling system. To adjust and add to fire sprinkler system as needed to provide compliance with sec. 904 UBC. To add a 3'-0" X 6'-8" door for each office with a sidelight. Glazzing to be safety glass. Door hardware to meet accessiblity requirements of Ch. 11 UBC. Lateral bracing of walls to be provided by extending framing to structure above or attach to ceiling grid and brace grid per ES Report No. 4071 (copy attached to plans).
