To remodel interior of existing 5000 sq ft building for use as a Fiber Optics Communication Center. Work to include construction of a 48 foot non bearing wall, with double doors, across the building to separate the equipment area from the warehouse area. To furr out walls of Equipemnt Area with steel studs, insulate & cover with 5/8" sheetrock; install a chain link fence with egress complying gate; raised concrete pads for equipment support; suspended ceiling system at bottom of girder trusses; interior tube steel / unistrut substructure to carry light fixtures and electrical & communication cable trays in equipment room, new mechanical & electrical upgrade; accessible restroom, office & main entry; exterior barrier fence around new exterior equipment and pads.
