To install a new set of opposite-swing double doors across the existing rated, exit corridor, as additional security for the "Nursery Unit". The doors SHALL maintain the required corridor & exit width for an "I1.1" occupancy use. The security door system SHALL comply with all the requirements of Section 1003.3.1.10, 1997 UBC, for "SPECIAL EGRESS-CONTROL DEVICES". The use of this device has been approved as an alternate method for use in a Group I, Division 1.1 occupancy based on the current NFPA 101 Standard. Work to include modification to walls, doors, electrical, plumbing, mechanical & fire supression system as necessary to install the doors in the shown location.
