To remodel the interior of this 35,000 sq.ft. existing office/warehouse facility, per approved plans on file. Work to include, remodel of the entire office area to create an open sales area, offices and waiting room, by removing numerous bearing and non bearing partitions, replacing bearing partitions with posts per engineering, create accessible restrooms, and to construct a 1952 sq ft one story addtion with a 1952 sq ft mezzanine above in the existing warehouse area. The floor level area will be used for breakroom and conference room the mezzanine to be used for storage and mechanical equipment. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
