(ALBERTSON'S RECORDS BLDG) This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area. To remodel and expand an existing warehouse/office tenant space for a new tenant. A 10,400 square foot expansion to the 2nd floor is being constructed. The completed tenant space will have 72,050 square feet on the first floor and 17,200 square foot on the 2nd floor. Work includes an exterior ramp accessible to the disabled, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, an elevator (including a 4 foot deep elevator pit), a stairway rated as a 1-hr fire-resistive corridor, interior nonbearing walls, interior shear walls, a masonry/concrete storage vault, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. NOTE: A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF STORAGE RACKS. PC-551-99 **CJW**
