(echo remodel)To remodel eight rooms on the 3rd floor west wing, from "R-1", family sleeping rooms to "B", medical office, to create 2 procedure rooms, 2 scan rooms, office, reception/waiting, storage and reading rooms per approved plans on file. The West Wing, was constructed prior to January 1, 1928. UCBC will be used in conjunction with UBC for evaluation. Work to include use of non-combustible framing and fire code sheetrock to create a 1-hour occupancy separation wall between the new "B" medical office and the existing "R-1" occupancy. To perform miner demolition to provide an accessible unisex restroom and accessible entry's to all new rooms; install fire & smoke door assemblies per code and new accessible cabinetry.
