To remodel a portion of an existing 2,856 sq.ft. Assembly Occupancy Night Club (Bar & Dancing max. O.L. 96) by remodeling an existing 150 sq.ft. room into a "WORK ROOM" by adding a new pass through, counter and work table; new two compartment sink & hand sink; and new plumbing necessary for code compliance for new and existng equipment. The Work Room is to be used to create a food prep area for deli service per CDH and approved plans on file. Work to include placement of an outdoor B.B.Q. for cooking of hot dogs & chirizos w/ outdoor seating and portable screens surrounding as per ACHD & Boise City Clerk Licensing.
