(FIDELITY BUILDING) This building is fully fire-sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To renovate the main lobby and reconfigure the 2nd floor lobby and office spaces within an existing building. Work is to include selective demolition, a reconfigured stairway, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. Installation of a cooler for "Pollo Rey" will require a separate building permit. Fire sprinkler heads shall be relocated, if necessary, to comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit shall not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant.
