Remodeling several portions of the office building on both the first floor (40,302 sq.ft. remodel) and the second floor (40,188 sq.ft. remodel) per approved plans on file. First floor remodel is at the northwest and southwest corners of the building. Second floor remodel is at the southwest corner, a portion of the northwest corner, and a small area of the southeast portion of the building. Work to include demolishing several interior walls and doors, a few portions of infill wall in the one-hour fire rated corridor, some new interior walls and doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling adjustments, fire sprinkler adjustments, mechanical work, and some electrical work.
