I requested a conference to discuss issues with service and some dangerous over head conductors to out building. Overhead conductors are at 6'9", 7'3" and 8" to out building. shall be removed due to hieght and illegal terminations. Wires shall be properly terminated exiting house.
BCC 4-05-32 Code violation not to be retained.
Owner's son not available to meet so sent a friend so I could inform of issues.
110.26 work platform needs 36" depth from front of service.

240.24(A)- Each circuit breaker that can be installed shall be below 6'7".
250.64(B)- Where exposed a #4 minimum copper grounding electrode conductor shall be installed where subject to physical damage.
250.56- Ground rods shall be installed a minimum of 6' apart.
230.24(A)- Service mast shall clear short overhang portion of roof by minimum of 18".

250.53(C)- Grounding electrode bonding jumper shall be sized based on service entrance conductors, #4 minimum.
