Will check after 7 working days 4/10/15 to ensure steps are being taken to correct illegal installation. If ignored steps will be taken to disconnect power until corrected.
Section 4-05-32 CODE VIOLATION NOT TO BE RETAINED
When altering a pre-existing electrical wire, equipment, apparatus or fixture, or adding any new
wiring, the existing electrical wiring in close proximity shall be in accordance with the present
code.

Thanks Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Clay Morgan Discussed requirements for service change to eliminate tripping due to overload on house panel that feeds community laundry room. Shall up size service to house panel, fuse down feeders to appartments due to SER cable sub feeds, raise riser over flat roof, relocate house panel in laundry room panel to provide work space, did permit search no other recent permits exist. Noticed dated Dec 2013 NM cable ran outdoors under walkway roof to carport. Contractor to inform building management all needs replaced with listed materials for locations.
