UNIT #3, replace panel due to flooding Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by David Nelson multiwire branch circuits need 2 pole breaker, tighten locknuts on conduits and install reducing washers where needed, some conduits with no ground conductor also need locknut tightened, conduit with 3 current carrying conductors have only 1 nuetral conductor for 1 phase system, strap conduits entering panel, install AFCI protection for bdrm. if possible, change range receptacle to 4 wire fed from sub panel
