Dave agrees to move upright switchgear section for fire pump from main electric room into "fire pump" room. Also they will move loadcenters, irrigation controller and generator transfer switch shown in fire pump room out of fire pump room. All other equipment associated with fire pump and domestic water, controls, etc. ok in fire pump room. No generator emergency back up power required for fire pump if utilities come in underground. NFPA20-4.12.1.1.4-rooms containing fire pumps shall be free from storage, equipment, and pentrations not essential to the operation of the pump and related components.
