Surface mounted conduits shall be listed assembly, receptacles shall be tamper resistant type, range receptacles shall be 4 wire, bedroom areas not required to be AFCI protected due to no new wiring being installed, check with Building inspector on ADA requirements for units that may be marketed as ADA. Panels may need lowered to comply. Temp wiring feeding sign not compliant, GFCI protection, installed by unlicensed person, shall repair with in 5 working days. Will schedule reinspect for temp wiring for Wed. 1-18-17.
