2) outside panels need labelled completely...
front and back panels
3) outlet below outside panel shows hot neutral reverse
4) service shall have a intersystem bond bar
5) access to roof units needed to verify labelling, disconnects, breaker size, service outlet, etc.
contractor will provide a sturdy ladder or sometime of means for access to roof

discussed with contractor reason for no inspections on underground piping and grounding for srevice...contractor sent 7 pictures...pictures include picture of pipes depth, tape measure verifying, size/type of pipes, length of ground wire and its connections to rebar, pictures can be verified of location with surrounding sceneries, gave warning for all future inspections
