300.4- Where NM cable is run thru bored or notched holes that do not maintain 1 1/4" for framing surface nail plates shall protect from physical damage.
334.30- NM cable shall be secured with in 12" of entering panel.
550.15(H)(1)- Under chassis wiring shall be identified for wet locations. NM not wet location rated.
Contractor stated all interior circuits have been checked for shorts and damage.
OK to energize panel.

discussed what needed to be done to get temp power at jobsite to do work on mobile home that caught fire...will remove all power feeds to mobile home and use existing pedestal for temp power for time being...will add 4sq box with in-use cover and gfi protection on pedestal
