Discussed all codes covering residential wiring. Service change required due to unfused conductors entering structure. Discussed mast, disconnect, grounding electrode system, plumbing and ground rod. Panel location is partially covered by water heater, new location required, mey use as junction point. Talked receptacle spacing for habitable rooms and kitchen counter top areas and bathroom dedicated 20 amp and location. All junction points shall be accessible, saw old and new splices. Discussed tamper resistant type and weather resistant type receptacles. GFCI protection for all bath, outdoor, kitchen counter top receptacles, AFCI protection for new wiring in bedrooms, only new in master bed planned. Scope of work to include new master bed and bath, kitchen area, laundry area and service.
