BCC 4-05-32- Code violations not to be retained. Split bus panel ok to remain as long as number of disconnecting means does not exceed 6. All conduits and cables installed in wet locations shall be rated for such location. House has a large number of junction boxes which shall remain accessible. Laundry circuit shall be added to laundry room in basement. Bathroom plumbing being replaced, wiring ok to remain. New work to include relocating kitchen area and adding bed and bath to east side of dwelling.
