BCC 04-05-32- No code violation shall be retained. Hot tub TA, Bonding rain gutter, Missing covers and outdoor covers.
110.3- Reverse polarity washer receptacle.
110.27- All NM located below 8' shall be protected from damage. Master bath, above panel.
210.8- Washer receptacle located with in 6' of a sink shall have GFCI protection.
210.52- Receptacles shall serve wall space 24" and wider and no point measured along floor line shall be more than 6' from a receptacle outlet. Down stairs bed each side of door, master bed each side of fireplace 6' of wall space each side. Room straight back from entry over 12' between receptacle and 1 recept. not workng.
314.20- Spark rings needed for receptacles located in stone where boxes 1/4" or more in non combustible materials.
406.6- All receptacles shall have covers, outdoor back of house and master bed.
410.16- Recessed cons located in master closet area shall have totally enclosed lamps.
680.26(B)(7)- Fixed metal located with in 5" horizontal and 12" vertical of hot tub water edge shall be bonded to hot tub equipment.
