Owner Troy ###-####. Panel located in a room that has been turned into a closet with shelf below and above panel and clothes rod installed.
110.26- Minimum work space of 30" wid and 36" deep shall be provided for panel.
240.24- Over current devices shall not be installed near easily igniteable materials such as clothes closets.
Called and informed owner BLD13-00796 for the living space in garage had expired and to contact Bob Archibald to have permit reopened and then schedule BLD final once passed for occupancy would be able to request final on new ELE for mini-split. No inspection allowed until BLD final complete. Closet will need to be gutted completely to pass ELE final.
