Discussed what areas of band shell stage area are damp locations and wet locations.
As per 406.9 (A) and (B) for 15 and 20 amp, 125 to 250 volt receptacles, the first 12' from the front of overhang shall be considered a wet location subject to beating rain, remaining area beyond 12' back from the front of overhang shall be considered a damp location.
406.9 (B)(2)(b) shall apply to other ampacities due to a band member would not leave their equipment unattended.
Determinations made with Daryl Degrange Chief Electrical Inspector and John with AME Electric on site.

Discussed the rating of receptacle boxes and covers in the Eastern exposed recessed portion of structure. Receptacle boxes and covers spec'ed out do not have a rating included with discription. Explained all outdoor receptacles are required to be rated for damp and wet locations where exposed to weather or spray as per 406.9. Also receptacles existing without proper covers would need covers installed compliant with todays code.
As per previous conversation about 600+ amps of disconnecting means on 200 amp rated wires would need a main breaker to protect previously installed conductors in gutter. A 200 amp main breaker exists at service location.
