Upgraded service panel to new 200 amp all-in-one on back of house. This now feeds original bkr panel in the house and an existing sub panel in the garage (which we pulled a ground into.) Installed 2 new circuits in the garage (120v recep and 240v welding recep) and 3 circuits on the back of the house. All new circuits are from all-in-one meter panel.

service change is required to satisy what homeowner is wanting...existing 2 sub panels need attention...interior home panel is 3 wire and garage panel is overloading main service-125A max rating at main service panel...contractor to down size breaker at main service feeding added exterior sub panel that contractor added trying to clean up main service...grounding will be brought up to code by second ground rod when changing service to 200A all-in-one...future work will require future rough/perm service/final inspections...this was conference only
