Ok final house. Talked to Mike with B&B, conduits and front light concrete bases are being removed as the bases were poured in wrong areas. Homeowner is removing all of it and will be redone at later date. Asked Mike to inform homeowner that another permit will need to be pulled in order to do new front post lights.
