site looks better, some of the track out has been addressed and will contiune to be cleaned up as the ground thaws. Informed RP that site is still not up to MEP...efforts are being made to get all sites into compliance and I will reinspect sites again.

c/n issued to builder for all houses in subdivision addressing trash on sites, mud and dirt track out, and posting ESC signs. all bmp's must be maintained and inspected regularly. notifying all builders and RP's in subdivision.
