Notice of Correction.
1. Install sediment protection in the back of the project where the stock pile of dirt is along the road way.
2. Remove all sediment and debris from all hard surface in the back part of the project area.
3. Maintain D.I. throughout the project area.
Failure to complt with the notice will result in a Stop Work Order.
Must be corrected by 8/28/08 PM. Will re-inspect on 7/1/08

In the south wst area of project next to the access road to the dam, thye slope that are sitting more than 2% need to be either stabilized of have some type of approved sediment barrier installed. Left a message with the RP to contact me to discuss the issues. Will re-inspect on 8/20/08

Noticed land disturbing activities on 2/7/08: Further investigation revealed working without active permit. ESC plan has been reviewed and pass but has not been picked up by applicant. Applicant was informed that this permit is required to be picked up and plan & conditions implemented prior to further activities can commence.
