No stabized entrance on the south side of Fairiew. Discussed with RP over the situation and also Steve Webb discussed the situation over getting this issue corrected. It is not suffient to just sweep street when track out occurs. It must be pervented with an access control. CAS#460

Construction entrance installed on one side of project need to install proper entrance on the other side of fairview. Everything slopes into project, no perimeter protection needed. Basin installed but not complete. Needs to have a soil stabilizer to all disturbed soil. CAS #460

Met with Ryan Ward (RP) went over the timeline of project regarding the erosion and sediment control measures and practices. Discussed with Ryan over Construction entrances on and off of porject area. Explained to him that some type of geotexile fabric is manditory as underlayment for the rock entrance. There are multiple entrances on project that are temporary for access. So i explaned if they are not being used then they need to be blocked off. These temporary entrances will be gone in about a week due to utility construction. A Construction entrance will be made during this period in Constuction. CAS#460 ###-####
